Market Manager

We are looking for an experienced Market Manager to lead UTourSite projects in LATAM.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing within a dynamic software environment and have a strong knowledge of software lifecycle management.

Be a master of UTourSite partner tools and have a deep general understanding of UTourSite clients needs

Key Responsibilities

Analyze opportunities by researching the industry and market trends in Key markets of LATAM
Identify business opportunities with new prospective clients
Create own account portfolio
Prepare lead lists and cold call prospects
Handle incoming requests for demos of the tool
Give virtual demos of our SaaS to prospective clients
Occasionally visit client business location to demonstrate our SaaS
Prepare reports by collecting sales information and statistics
Be analytical with great attention to detail
Ensuring consistent improvement in the quality of our output
Deliver profitable projects every time to ensure client satisfaction
Managing resource planning and raising issues; (i.e. under/over resourcing, project slip, scope creep, etc)
Collaborate with the referrals to identify potential distribution partners
Take project governance seriously and always look to find better ways of working

DMC experience
GDS knowledge

Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in management positions
3+ years working in the travel industry
Well knowledge of Costa Rica geography and tourism product
A hospitality or business management degree is a plus but not indispensable
You love the travel industry and you will love to be part of an international team
Hubspot knowledge is a plus
You are a person who loves PR events and B2B relationships
You are fluent in English as well as in Spanish
You are open to travel in Costa Rica and overseas
You are open to learning about marketing and CRM tools
