Are you passionate about technology, tourism, and interpersonal relations? At UTourSite.com we revolutionize the way tour and activity operators sell online. We represent international brands that help us offer next-generation TravelTech solutions (booking engines, payment gateways, and SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, AI tools and process implementations, among others).

At UTourSite we do not have clients, we have Commercial Allies. Our model is based on shared success: we only win when our allies sell and grow. Therefore, we are looking for a dynamic professional with a sociable, people-oriented personality and great negotiation skills to expand and strengthen our network.

What will your mission be?

You will be the bridge between cutting-edge technology, our local Commercial Allies, and international technology partners. You will identify tour operators who need to optimize their online sales, propose our solutions, and lead global communications.

Key Responsibilities

Website Sales Improvement

Analyze tourism websites, detect their commercial limitations, and propose the UTourSite technological ecosystem.

International Connection and Support

You will be the direct point of contact with our technology allies in Spain and the United Kingdom (UK) for training, support, and communication flow optimization.

Ally Support & Growth

Train our local Commercial Allies and ensure they maximize their revenue.

Promotion and Events

Attend and actively participate in forums, tourism promotion events, and industry trade fairs both inside and outside the country.

What profile are we looking for?

  • Location Reside in Costa Rica (Essential).
  • Personality We are looking for a person with great communication skills, comfortable with public speaking, networking, and leading meetings.
  • Languages Advanced/bilingual Spanish and English (Essential for international training).
  • Travel & Documentation Availability to travel inside and outside Costa Rica. Active US Visa (Highly valued, but not required).
  • Tourism Experience Knowledge of "Tourism Product" (previous experience in product management inside local DMCs, or logistics/operations is highly valued).
  • Tools High learning agility to handle HubSpot, Google Workspace, Canva, and Artificial Intelligence as daily productivity support tools.
